Mike Garcia graduated from the University of Colorado at Denver with a Bachelors degree in Political Science. After college he went to work as a Sales Manager for a building supply company were he resided for 12 years. After acquiring E-Z Sales Company in 2017 he began building the agency into what it is today. Mike is based in Colorado and is active in all markets. When he is not being a road warrior you can find him chasing trout with a flyrod in Colorado or Montana. Mike has three beautiful daughters.

Jon Hall grew up the son of a builder, and worked in the family business learning all aspects of the building trade from a young age. After high school, Jon spent two years serving on his mission in Montevideo, Uruguay. Jon graduated from Rio Salado College in Tempe, AZ with a degree in Business Management. Jon's background also includes door manufacturing and insurance adjusting. Jon is married with three boys, and is the ultimate foodie.

In 2010 she had the opportunity to transfer to the San Francisco Bay Area and has since purchased her first home and found her true talent working in high end furniture sales-then later in building materials. She is known as the "go-to" person for co-workers and clients and has a solid Midwest work ethic. She's independent, hardworking, and knows how to get the job done! Margot enjoys traveling, camping, gardening, hiking, and karaoke.
